De functie inhoud Als Werfleider Staalbouw ben jij de dagelijkse motor op de werf:

  • Dagelijkse opvolging van alle activiteiten op de staalbouwwerf, van planning tot uitvoering.
  • Aansturen van arbeiders en onderaannemers en coördineren van alle werkzaamheden.
  • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid conform de geldende normen.
  • Opmetingen uitvoeren en de voorbereiding van de facturatie ondersteunen.
  • Werfvergaderingen voorbereiden en actief deelnemen aan overleg met interne en externe partners.
  • Anticiperen op problemen en bijsturen om vertragingen in staalbouwprojecten te vermijden.

  • Diploma Bachelor of Master Bouwkunde of Industriële Wetenschappen, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als werfleider binnen de staalbouw of aanverwante sector.
  • Technisch sterk, praktisch ingesteld en oplossingsgericht in complexe situaties.
  • Proactief, gestructureerd en een echte teamspeler met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
