Jobomschrijving

Jouw uitdagingen als werfleider staalbouw:

  • Organiseren en plannen - jij hebt alles strak in de hand wat betreft onze grootschalige staalbouwprojecten. Door jouw efficiënte organisatie kan er verder gebouwd worden op jouw planning.
  • Coördineren en controleren - aangezien de omvang en de complexiteit van de werkzaamheden steeds variëren, is het coördineren en overzicht bewaken hiervan cruciaal. Samen met de projectleider zal jij ook de kwaliteit van de uitgevoerde werken nauwgezet in de gaten houden. Jij bent de go-to voor onze arbeiders maar ook voor de partners, opdrachtgevers en inspecteurs.
  • Samenwerken - jij zorgt dat de vibe goed zit – teamwork en fun staan centraal!
  • Safety first - de veiligheid van je team is jouw prioriteit – altijd die helmet on.

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in een bouwkundige of technische richting op zak (bouw, (elektro)mechanica, …) en hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring op de teller.
  • Je bent een doorzetter, een go-getter, met een duidelijk doel voor ogen.
  • Je hebt het lef om te zeggen dat je een geboren organisator Plannen, sturen, en initiatief nemen? Dat zit in je DNA.
  • Flexibiliteit? Die heb jij. Dankzij jouw aanpassingsvermogen en probleemoplossende skills kan de werf altijd op je rekenen.
  • Jouw communicatiestijl is vlot en transparant.
