APK Group werkt mee aan een grootschalig project om het Vlaamse elektriciteitsnet klaar te maken voor de toekomst. Met het Ultranet-project versterken we laagspanningsnetten en bouwen we mee aan een robuuste, betrouwbare energie-infrastructuur die de energietransitie mogelijk maakt. Je hebt het kantoor van Genk of Dendermonde als uitvalsbasis en het werkgebied strekt zich over de regio Hageland-Dijle. Als Werfleider Ultranet ben jij de spil op het terrein. Je coördineert de uitvoering van de werken, stuurt teams van technici, grondwerkers en onderaannemers aan en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen. Je bewaakt planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid en bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle operationele vragen.

Jobomschrijving

Opstellen van plaatsbeschrijvingen en bewonerscommunicatie.Opmaak en goedkeuring van meetstaten.Proactief oplossen van problemen en klachten tijdens uitvoering.Verwerken van facturatiebonnen van onderaannemers.Opstellen van PV-voorlopige oplevering.Monitoring van KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig.Digitale opmeting van As-built gegevens.

Technisch diploma in het hoger onderwijs (Civiele Techniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig).Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen infrastructuur of nutssector is een plus, maar geen vereiste.Sterke leiderschaps- en organisatorische vaardigheden.Oplossingsgericht, communicatief en stressbestendig.
