Jobomschrijving

Jobinhoud

In deze rol neem jij de dagelijkse leiding op de werf strak in handen en stuur jij onderaannemers en eigen vakmensen effectief aan.

  • Bewaak de strakke planning, budgetten en veiligheidseisen op de bouwplaats nauwkeurig om een vlekkeloze oplevering te garanderen.
  • Stuur bij waar nodig en los technische vraagstukken ter plaatse op voor de voortgang van de bouw.
  • Onderhoud actief contact met de projectleider, de bouwheer, architecten en de lokale werfadministratie.
  • Controleer de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op kwaliteit en duurzaamheid conform de modernste bouwnormen.

Profiel

Als werfleider ben jij de spilfiguur die rust én duidelijke richting brengt op de bouwplaats.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een bouwkundige richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring in de praktijk.
  • Enkele jaren aantoonbare ervaring op de werf stelt je in staat om technische tekeningen en methodes direct te doorgronden.
  • Collega’s omschrijven jou als een heldere en vlot toegankelijke communicator die problemen liever aanpakt dan uitstelt.
  • Ervaring met of interesse in moderne bouwsoftware en LEAN-planningen geldt als een absolute troef.
