Als werfleider vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse organisatie van de uitvoering:

  • Planningen vertalen naar een efficiënte werforganisatie.
  • Aannemers en onderaannemers aansturen en hun werkzaamheden op elkaar afstemmen.
  • De voortgang van de werken opvolgen en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig.
  • Waken over de kwaliteit van de uitvoering en de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Technische vragen op de werf analyseren en samen met de projectleiding oplossingen uitwerken.
  • Werfvergaderingen voorbereiden en de gemaakte afspraken nauwgezet opvolgen.

Profiel

Voor deze functie werfleider vastgoed beschik je over:

  • Een bachelor of master in Bouwkunde, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Ervaring als werfleider of uitvoeringsverantwoordelijke binnen de algemene bouwsector.
  • Organisatietalent en een natuurlijke leiderschapsstijl.
  • Communicatief sterk en vlot in de samenwerking met verschillende bouwpartners.
  • Besluitvaardig, kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht.
