Ben jij een organisatorisch talent met een passie voor techniek en communicatie? Wij zoeken een projectcoördinator die graag de touwtjes in handen neemt en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze uitvoering van onze verlichtingsprojecten. Sluit je aan bij ons dynamische team en werk aan innovatieve en uitdagende projecten in een stimulerende omgeving.

Takenpakket

Als projectcoördinator heb je een breed scala aan verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Beheer en uitvoering van raamcontracten: Zorg voor een efficiënte en effectieve uitvoering van onze projecten.
  • Planning en organisatie: Ontvang, analyseer en plan werkopdrachten voor optimale projectvoortgang.
  • Communicatie met opdrachtgevers: Onderhoud sterke relaties en zorg voor heldere afspraken.
  • Materiaalbeheer: Beheer materiaalvoorraden en klantmaterialen om projecten soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Kostenbewaking: Houd toezicht op kosten en rendementen om financiële doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Projecttoewijzing: Wijs collega’s en middelen toe aan projecten en coördineer onderaannemers.
  • Voertuigbeheer: Houd toezicht op voertuigbeheer en meld problemen tijdig.
  • Veiligheidsvoorschriften: Zorg voor naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, organiseer toolboxmeetings en meld ongevallen.
  • Teamleiding: Coach en stuur teams aan, en zorg voor bijsturing waar nodig.
  • Administratie en facturatie: Maak vorderingsstaten op, volg facturatie op en woon werkvergaderingen bij.
  • Efficiëntiecontrole: Voer controles uit op efficiëntie, veiligheid en signalisatie.

Jouw Profiel

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste en communicatief vaardige professional die:

  • Minimaal een bachelor diploma heeft of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol heeft.
  • Sterk is in communicatie, analyse en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Technisch en organisatorisch sterk is.
  • Stressbestendig en flexibel is.
  • Goede kennis heeft van Microsoft 365 (Office); kennis van Navision is een pluspunt.
  • Zeer goed Nederlands spreekt en goed Frans en Engels.
