Jobomschrijving

  • Organiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse activiteiten op de werf.
  • Opstellen van operationele kortetermijnplanningen.
  • Coördineren van interne teams, onderaannemers en nevenaannemers.
  • Waken over de naleving van deadlines, budgetten en kwaliteitsvereisten.
  • Zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid van materialen, uitrusting en benodigde middelen.
  • Risico's identificeren, vertragingen anticiperen en passende corrigerende acties implementeren.
  • Toezien op de strikte toepassing van de veiligheidsregels op de werf.
  • Deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en opvolgen van openstaande actiepunten.
  • Fungeren als centraal aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de Projectleider om de organisatie en prestaties van de werf te optimaliseren.
  • Actief bijdragen aan initiatieven rond continue verbetering en operationele efficiëntie
  • Hogere opleiding in Bouwkunde, Burgerlijke Bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of in de opvolging van bouwprojecten.
  • Sterke technische kennis van bouwmethodes en uitvoeringsprocessen.
  • Vermogen om meerdere stakeholders gelijktijdig te coördineren.
  • Natuurlijk leiderschap en sterke organisatorische vaardigheden.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en resultaatgericht.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden met zowel interne als externe partners.
  • In staat om prioriteiten efficiënt te beheren in een veeleisende omgeving.
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft Office.
