In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het volledige uitvoeringsproces van diverse wegenprojecten. Om jouw rol als werfleider vlot in te vullen, focus je op de volgende zaken:

  • Je stuurt de ploegen op de werf aan en motiveert de vakmensen, zodat de dagelijkse doelstellingen efficiënt en veilig worden behaald.
  • Jouw dag draait om een vlijmscherpe planning en de logistieke coördinatie.
  • Je bewaakt nauwgezet de vooruitgang, de kwaliteit en het projectbudget, waarbij je proactief ingrijpt en bijsturt zodra de situatie daar om vraagt.
  • In nauw contact met opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers fungeer je als het vaste aanspreekpunt, wat zorgt voor een heldere en transparante communicatie over de voortgang.
  • Je voert nauwkeurige opmetingen uit en verzorgt de administratieve afsluiting van de projecten, zodat de facturatie nadien vlekkeloos en tijdig verloopt.

Profiel

Het belangrijkste voor deze functie is je organisatorische talent en de wil om de touwtjes stevig in handen te houden. Dit is wat je nodig hebt om als werfleider succesvol te zijn:

  • Een hoger technisch diploma in een bouwkundige richting vormt een mooie basis, al is relevante werfervaring in de infrasector minstens zo waardevol.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou als een natuurlijke leider met een nuchtere, oplossingsgerichte instelling die helder communiceert met zowel arbeiders als management.
  • Ervaring met wegenbouw is een grote troef, maar de motivatie om het vak tot in de puntjes te leren beheersen is doorslaggevend.
