  • Onze klant is een expert in de wegenbouw en zoekt een gedreven (junior) werfleider die niet bang is om de handen uit de mouwen te steken.
  • Je komt terecht in een sector waar resultaat direct zichtbaar is en waar geen enkele dag hetzelfde is. Hoewel je werven verspreid liggen over gans V laanderen, word je ondersteund door een team van professionals die dezelfde passie voor grote infrastructuurwerken delen.

🛠️ Jouw dag als Werfleider wegenbouw

  • Je staat in voor de volledige studie en voorbereiding van de aan jou toevertrouwde projecten.
  • Je bent de lijm tussen de mensen: je leidt en motiveert de ploegen op de werf en coördineert de afspraken met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Je beheert de administratieve kant, zoals het opmaken van vorderingsstaten en verrekeningen.
  • Je houdt de vinger aan de pols wat betreft de financiële opvolging en de eindevaluatie van de werken.
  • Je bent veel onderweg; je bezoekt verschillende werven en zorgt dat de kwaliteit en planning altijd gewaarborgd blijven.

🎯 Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma Bouwkunde (dit is een absolute MUST).
  • Je bent een schoolverlater met een grote honger naar de wegenbouw, of je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring op de teller.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van wegenbouwtechnieken en bent communicatief ijzersterk.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld: werven over heel Vlaanderen betekenen lange dagen en veel uren, maar dat schrikt jou niet af.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en kunt vlot schakelen tussen technische uitdagingen en administratieve taken.
