Konvert Construct is op zoek naar een ervaren Werfleider Wegenbouw.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en leiden van wegenbouwprojecten van begin tot eind, inclusief planning, uitvoering en oplevering.
  • Toezicht houden op de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op de werf en ervoor zorgen dat alle activiteiten worden uitgevoerd volgens planning, budget en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Beheren van de werfploeg en het aansturen van onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de naleving van alle veiligheidsvoorschriften en -procedures op de werf.
  • Rapporteren aan de projectleider over de voortgang van het project en eventuele problemen of wijzigingen.
  • Diploma bachelor in bouw/wegenbouw of industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde.
  • Ervaring als werfleider in de wegenbouwsector is een sterke troef.
  • In het bezit van een VCA VOL certificaat is een pluspunt.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgerichte mentaliteit.
  • In het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
  • Bereidheid om te reizen naar verschillende projectlocaties.
