Heb jij een passie voor grote infrastructuurprojecten, behoud jij altijd het overzicht en weet jij hoe je een wegenbouwteam motiveert? Bij Actief Construct zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven en organisatorisch sterke werfleider wegenbouw! Op de werf sta jij in voor de dagelijkse leiding, stuur je onze eigen ploegen en onderaannemers aan en bewaak je de kwaliteit en voortgang van diverse wegenis- en rioleringswerken.

Wat ga je doen? In deze verantwoordelijke functie draag jij de leiding over de vlekkeloze uitvoering van onze wegenbouwprojecten:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse planning, opstart en nauwgezette opvolging van diverse werven in wegenis- en rioleringswerken.
  • Je stuurt onze eigen wegenbouwploegen en onderaannemers op een motiverende en duidelijke manier aan.
  • Je controleert en bewaakt de kwaliteit van het uitgevoerde werk, de veiligheid op de werf en het behalen van de deadlines.
  • Je zorgt voor de tijdige levering en beschikbaarheid van al het nodige materiaal, machines en grondstoffen.
  • Je verzorgt de werfadministratie (zoals vorderingstaten, hoeveelheden en dagboeken van de werf) en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en bestuurders.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor/master in de bouwkunde optie wegenbouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt leiderschap skills om een team te leiden en bent sterk organisatorisch aangelegd.
  • Je hebt ervaring een 5-tal jaren als werfleider. in de wegenbouw
