Bij Bouwonderneming De Greef in Ternat zoeken we een Werfvoorbereider / Werfleider die mee verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen over onze bouwprojecten.

Geen functie waarbij je alleen planningen bijhoudt of van vergadering naar vergadering rijdt.

We zoeken iemand die bouwtechnisch meedenkt, beslissingen durft nemen en graag ziet dat een werf vooruitgaat.

Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om projecten mee in handen te nemen: van technische voorbereiding en planning tot de praktische opvolging op de werf.

Wie zoeken we?

Een werfvoorbereider of werfleider met bouwtechnisch inzicht die georganiseerd werkt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en problemen liever oplost dan doorschuift.

Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring en ben je toe aan meer autonomie en rechtstreeksere communicatie? Dan horen we graag van je.

Maar ook als jonge bachelor of graduaat bouw met ambitie hoef je niet te wachten tot je vijf jaar ervaring hebt. De juiste ingesteldheid en technisch inzicht vinden we minstens even belangrijk.

Je hoeft trouwens niet actief op zoek te zijn naar een nieuwe job.

  • Je beschikt over een bouwtechnische opleiding (Bachelor Bouw, Graduaat Bouw of gelijkwaardig door ervaring).
  • Je hebt een goed technisch inzicht en kan bouwplannen en technische documenten vlot lezen en interpreteren.
  • Je werkt georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de aan jou toegewezen projecten.
  • Je bent communicatief en kan vlot overleggen met arbeiders, onderaannemers, leveranciers, architecten en bouwheren.
  • Je bent praktisch en oplossingsgericht ingesteld en kan prioriteiten stellen wanneer verschillende zaken tegelijk moeten worden opgevolgd.
  • Ervaring als werfvoorbereider, werfleider of in een gelijkaardige bouwtechnische functie is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste. Ook gemotiveerde schoolverlaters met de juiste technische achtergrond komen in aanmerking.
  • Je kunt je in het Nederlands voldoende uitdrukken om vlot samen te werken op de werf. Ben je het Nederlands nog aan het leren? Geen probleem: met de juiste motivatie en de wil om bij te leren kom je zeker in aanmerking.
