Techniflex Top werkgever - Nieuwleusen 17-09-2026 Functieomschrijving Als werfmedewerker in de regio Nieuwleusen werk je fulltime (40-urige werkweek) op een buitenterrein waar dagelijks materialen worden aangevoerd, opgeslagen en weer verladen. Je zorgt voor het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens, het sorteren en stapelen van materialen en het netjes en veilig houden van de werf. Met behulp van interne transportmiddelen en duidelijke werkprocedures zorg je dat alles op tijd klaarstaat voor transport of verdere bewerking. Voor jouw inzet ontvang je een salaris tussen € 2.700 en € 3.400, afhankelijk van ervaring. Je komt terecht bij een productie- en logistieke organisatie met een eigen werf, waar materialen in een continu proces worden aangevoerd en verwerkt. De lijnen zijn kort, je werkt nauw samen met collega's in de loods, planning en logistiek en je ziet direct resultaat van je werk. De organisatie investeert in veilige werkmethoden, duidelijke instructies en goed materieel, zodat jij je werk gestructureerd en zonder onnodige onderbrekingen kunt uitvoeren. In deze functie is er veel ruimte om je praktische vaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen. Je leert de werf en de goederenstromen goed kennen, waardoor je al snel een centrale rol speelt in het dagelijkse proces. Houd je van fysiek werk in de buitenlucht, afwisseling in je taken en een vaste werkplek met een hecht team om je heen, dan past deze rol als werfmedewerker goed bij jou.
