Ben jij op zoek naar een job met een uitstekende mix tussen technisch inzicht en fysieke actie? Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven! Je bent een cruciaal lid van het renovatieteam en zorgt ervoor dat de projecten op de werf vlot en kwalitatief verlopen.

Je takenpakket is dynamisch en afwisselend:

  • 70% Fysiek & Afwerking: Je assisteert de ploegbaas bij de voorbereidende grondwerken en zorgt voor de perfecte afwerking na de renovatie. Hier komen je spierkracht en handigheid goed van pas.
  • 30% Technisch & Nauwkeurig: Je bedient en programmeert gespecialiseerde apparatuur (zoals de robot voor rioolherstellingen). Dit vraagt om technisch inzicht en precisie. Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het basis onderhoud en kleine herstellingen aan deze installaties.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning bij het inbrengen en uitharden van de innovatieve UV-kousen.

We zoeken een collega die niet alleen de handen uit de mouwen steekt, maar ook met het hoofd meedenkt:

  • Technische Mindset: Je bent handig en hebt een scherp technisch inzicht om de complexe installaties te bedienen en te onderhouden.
  • Flexibiliteit is Key: Je bent bereid om op verplaatsing (logement) te werken en schrikt niet terug voor lange werkdagen (soms tot 12 uur).
  • Oplossingsgericht: Je hebt een proactieve en probleemoplossende aanpak om onverwachte uitdagingen op de werf aan te pakken.
  • Geen Beperkingen: Werken in een beperkte of gesloten omgeving (zoals rioleringen) vormt voor jou geen enkel probleem.
  • Basisvoorwaarden: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands (spreken, lezen, schrijven). Je hebt een rijbewijs B en eigen vervoer. VCA-certificaat of technische opleiding zijn een pluspunt!
  • Het garanderen van een nauwkeurige en kwalitatieve uitvoering van zowel de fysieke als de technische taken.
  • Het onderhouden van de werkmaterialen en installaties.
  • Actief bijdragen aan een veilige werkomgeving en de geldende veiligheidsnormen strikt naleven.
