The posting

Als kinderbegeleider behartig je het welbevinden van baby's en peuters in één van onze vijf kinderdagverblijven (regio Oostende - Gistel) en breng je een kwaliteitsvolle opvang tot stand. Dit doe je in nauw contact met fijne collega's, ouders en de pedagogische coach. Je staat in voor een variatie aan taken die gaan van verzorgende en huishoudelijke taken tot het organiseren van pedagogische activiteiten, het begeleiden van stagiairs, communicatie naar ouders, ... Daarenboven neem je initiatief, ben je leergierig en sta je open voor veranderingen die de opvang ten goede komen.

We leggen een werfreserve aan voor de functie van kinderbegeleider. Momenteel is er geen onmiddellijke vacature, maar de personeelsbehoefte kan snel wijzigen. Kandidaten kunnen gecontacteerd worden zodra er een (al dan niet tijdelijke) functie beschikbaar komt in één van onze kinderdagverblijven:
