Deze aannemer is een middelgrote onderneming met ongeveer 150 medewerkers. Het bedrijf is actief in bouw-, infra- en omgevingswerken en voert projecten uit in wegeniswerken, rioleringswerken, parkaanleg, omgevingsaanleg, groenonderhoud en gladheidsbestrijding. De organisatie werkt met verschillende disciplines onder één dak, waardoor teams efficiënt kunnen samenwerken met korte communicatielijnen. Dagelijks werken medewerkers mee aan de voorbereiding, planning en uitvoering van projecten in een praktische werkomgeving waar samenwerking op de werf en veiligheid belangrijk zijn. Ter versterking van hun huidige teams zijn ze op zoek naar een werfsupervisor in de regio van Leuven.

Jobomschrijving

Als werfsupervisor regio Leuven neem je de dagelijkse leiding op van een ploeg van 2 personen voor grond-, graaf- en wegeniswerken op werven in Vlaanderen.

  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van grond-, graaf- en wegeniswerken op verschillende werven in de regio Gent, Sint-Niklaas, Aalst, Leuven, Tienen en Landen.
  • Dagelijks aansturen en ondersteunen van de collega die met de mini-kraan werkt en de mini-kraan met de camion vervoert.
  • Toezien op veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werken op de werf, en zelf actief meewerken.
  • Dagelijkse administratieve opvolging uitvoeren, waaronder het nemen en uploaden van werffoto’s in de Aquafin-tool.
  • Overleggen met de werfleider over planning en opdrachten en 1 à 2 keer per week langsgaan op het depot in Verrebroek.
  • Met de werfcamionette naar huis en naar de werven rijden binnen de opgegeven regio in Vlaanderen.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van werfsupervisor regio Leuven heb je aantoonbare ervaring in grond- en graafwerken en kan je veilig en zelfstandig werken op werven in Vlaanderen.

  • Zeer goede kennis van grond-, graaf- en wegeniswerken.
  • Je kan zelfstandig, veilig en nauwkeurig werken.
  • Je wil dagelijks een klein team aansturen.
  • Je wil een verantwoordelijke rol opnemen op de werf.
  • Je bent iemand die belang hecht aan een correcte administratie.
  • Je bent flexibel om te werken op verschillende werven in Vlaanderen (vooral regio Gent, Sint-Niklaas, Aalst, Leuven, Tienen en Landen) en ziet het zitten om 1 à 2 keer per week naar het depot in Verrebroek te komen.
