The posting

  • Deelnemen aan de dagelijkse operationele opstartmeeting (eerste shift van de dag).
  • Permanent aanwezig zijn op de werf tijdens de volledige werkshift.
  • Toezien op de naleving van de operationele regels, veiligheidsafstanden, werfafsluitingen, hoogtebeperkingen en opgelegde restricties.
  • Controleren en opvolgen van procedures rond kabels en leidingen, inclusief het organiseren en begeleiden van inspectierondes met kabelbeheerders.
  • Uitvoeren van regelmatige controlepatrouilles met aandacht voor:
  • werftoegangen;
  • Foreign Object Debris (FOD);
  • Steekproefsgewijs controleren van badges, luchthavenrijbewijzen, persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen en voertuigen.
  • Dagelijks opmaken van een operationele checklist met fotoverslag en uploaden via het web-based documentbeheersysteem.
  • Vastgestelde inbreuken onmiddellijk laten remediëren en indien nodig escaleren
  • Uitvoeren van periodieke veiligheidscontroles.
  • Occasioneel eenvoudige opmetingen uitvoeren van gerealiseerde infrastructuurwerken.
  • Bij de laatste shift van de dag controleren dat alle medewerkers de werf hebben verlaten en de werkzaamheden afmelden
  • Bij ploegwissels zorgen voor een volledige en correcte overdracht
  • Een diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Een sterk veiligheidsbewustzijn en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.
  • Een proactieve, zelfstandige en gestructureerde werkhouding.
  • Assertiviteit om aannemers aan te spreken op de naleving van de regels.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een collegiale ingesteldheid.
  • Het vermogen om overzicht te bewaren en prioriteiten te stellen in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Een enthousiaste, stipte en betrokken werkhouding.
