Voor onze klant in Genk, zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Werkvoorbereider. Je komt terecht in een dynamisch en hecht team dat met recht en rede trots is op zijn realisaties.

Ben jij gebeten door de bouwsector, hou je van structuur en haal je voldoening uit een perfecte voorbereiding? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven!

Als Werkvoorbereider ben jij de spilfiguur achter de schermen die ervoor zorgt dat onze projecten vlekkeloos van start kunnen gaan én blijven draaien. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met de projectleiders en de zaakvoerder.

  • Administratieve organisatie: Je neemt de complete administratieve voorbereiding van de werven voor jouw rekening, inclusief werfaangiftes en startverklaringen.
  • Dossierbeheer: Je volgt projectdossiers van A tot Z accuraat op.
  • Calculatie & Offertes: Je stelt meetstaten en vorderingsstaten op, werkt deze gedetailleerd uit en helpt bij de voorbereiding van offertes en aanbestedingen.
  • Aankoop & Materiaal: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het bestellen van materialen en het continu aanvullen en up-to-date houden van de materiaalprijzen.
  • Nutsvoorzieningen: Je vraagt tijdig de nodige aansluitingen aan via KLIP en KLIM.
  • Ontwerp: Je tekent voorontwerpen uit (in AutoCAD).
  • Teamondersteuning: Je plant opleidingen voor de arbeiders in, volgt deze op en biedt algemene ondersteuning aan de projectleiders en de zaakvoerder.

Profiel

Wij zoeken een organisatietalent met een passie voor de bouw en een scherp oog voor detail.

  • Opleiding & Kennis: Je beschikt over een bouwkundig diploma (minimaal Bachelor Bouwkunde of Bachelor Architectuur).
  • Technisch inzicht: Je hebt een uitstekend bouwkundig inzicht en kan feilloos plannen lezen.
  • Nauwkeurigheid: Je werkt uiterst precies en hebt een groot gevoel voor detail en orde.
  • Digitale skills: Je werkt vlot met alle MS Office programma’s en maakt je nieuwe softwarepakketten (zoals AutoCAD) razendsnel eigen.
  • Talenkennis: Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans, Engels en/of Duits is een sterke plus!
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent een communicatieve teamplayer met een positieve, hands-on mentaliteit en je stelt je flexibel op.
