Krijg je energie van een goede planning en een werf die tot in de puntjes voorbereid is? Dan voel je je als werfvoorbereider infra bij Cnockaert Construct in Wervik helemaal op je plek. Je zorgt ervoor dat wegenis-, riolerings- en grondwerken vlot kunnen opstarten door alles achter de schermen in goede banen te leiden.

Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders en werfleiders en bent een belangrijke schakel tussen voorbereiding en uitvoering. Dankzij jouw werk kunnen onze ploegen efficiënt aan de slag op de werf. Zin in? Laat van je horen!

Wat ga je doen?

Als werfvoorbereider infra ondersteun je de project- en werfleiding tijdens alle fasen van een project. Je zorgt ervoor dat materialen, documenten en planningen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en bewaakt de voortgang van de voorbereiding.

Dit behoort tot je takenpakket:

  • Je helpt mee met de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen
  • Je werkt technische uitvoeringsdossiers administratief uit
  • Je controleert of de technische fiches voldoen aan de voorschriften uit het lastenboek
  • Je vraagt offertes op, vergelijkt prijzen en zorgt voor tijdige bestellingen
  • Je stemt af met werfleiders, projectleiders en andere interne diensten
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met bouwheren, leveranciers, onderaannemers en overheden
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid tijdens de voorbereiding en uitvoering
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkmethodes

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken iemand die graag organiseert, vooruitdenkt en overzicht bewaart. Je werkt nauwkeurig, communiceert vlot en voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving.

Dit breng je mee:

  • een bachelor bouw, landmeten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • ervaring in infra, wegenbouw of rioleringswerken is een pluspunt
  • een gestructureerde en nauwkeurige werkhouding
  • sterke organisatorische en administratieve vaardigheden
  • een oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • vlotte communicatie met collega's, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • kennis van plannen lezen
  • ervaring met AutoCAD of andere tekensoftware is een pluspunt
  • goede kennis van het Nederlands en bij voorkeur ook Frans en/of Engels
