Jouw coachende vaardigheden zijn van essentieel belang: je gaat ze elke dag inzetten om (ongeveer 3) leerlingen op de afdeling beter te maken in hun vak. Deze leerlingen zijn allemaal bezig met hun opleiding in de zorg. Het zijn toekomstige helpenden, helpenden plus, of verzorgenden. Jij mag hun vaardigheden en handelingen toetsen, en zorgt daarmee dat de kwaliteit van de zorg wordt gewaarborgd. Jouw kennis is hierbij van onschatbare waarde! Natuurlijk sta je er niet alleen voor: op de Gildenborgh werk jij samen met 35 collega's. Een klein, betrokken team met verschillende leeftijden. Als jij ook Eerst Verantwoordelijke wil zijn voor de bewoners met PG en hun familie, dan kan je dat erbij doen. Over de Gildenborgh: Er zijn 2 woonkamers, in totaal 28 bewoners met een psychogeriatrische (PG) zorgvraag. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de leerlingen, die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de afdeling, groeien tot échte zorgprofessionals. Samen met je collega's en de leerlingen zorg je dat de bewoners een goede dag hebben. Naast jouw taken als begeleider, voer jij ook ADL-taken en verpleegkundige handelingen uit.
