Logo patijnenburg met slogan Werkbegeleider Wil jij mensen én fietsen in beweging zetten? Patijnenburg zoekt een werkbegeleider voor de fietsenleerlijn. In het werk van voorman/voorvrouw - die binnenkort werkbegeleider genoemd gaat worden - staat de ontwikkeling van medewerkers centraal. Je begeleidt mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt in hun groei naar meer zelfstandigheid, zelfvertrouwen en arbeidsvaardigheden door het aanleren van technische werkzaamheden. In deze functie ben je ongeveer de helft van je werkdag actief bij de nieuwe leerlijn: de Fietsenbank en daarnaast op een bestaande interne afdeling. Als meewerkend werkbegeleider werk je ook actief mee op de afdeling of leerlijn. Bij de Fietsenbank draag je kennis over op het gebied van fietsenreparatie, montage en creëer je een veilige leerzame werkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen. In jouw rol help je medewerkers stappen te zetten richting duurzame inzetbaarheid en, waar mogelijk, door te stromen naar werk buiten Patijnenburg. Deze ontwikkeling vindt plaats door middel van werk, waarbij leren en werken hand in hand gaan. Wat ga je doen? - Je leert medewerkers technische en praktische vaardigheden aan, passend bij de fietsenleerlijn of het werkproces; - Je coacht medewerkers op de werkvloer en sluit aan bij hun individuele mogelijkheden en leerbehoeften; - Je stelt ontwikkelplannen op, bespreekt voortgang en stuurt bij waar nodig; - Je signaleert ontwikkelkansen, belemmeringen en ondersteuningsbehoeften en handelt hierop; - Je creëert een veilige en positieve leerwerkomgeving waarin medewerkers zich kunnen ontwikkelen; - Je organiseert en verdeelt werkzaamheden op een manier die bijdraagt aan leerdoelen; - Je bewaakt de balans tussen kwalitatieve productie-eisen en ontwikkelstappen van medewerkers; - Je rapporteert over ontwikkeling en stemt af met de teamleider en collega's; - Je verricht administratieve taken waaronder verlof- en verzuimregis...
