Opnieuw & Co is een maatwerkbedrijf met een duidelijke missie: herbruikbare goederen een tweede leven geven én mensen kansen bieden op werk. In onze kringloopwinkels werken zowel maatwerkers als leerwerkmedewerkers: mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt die bij ons werkervaring opdoen, met de bedoeling om door te groeien naar een reguliere job.

Voor onze productie afdeling waar goederen worden gesorteerd, gecontroleerd en geprijsd, zoeken wij een werkbegeleider die oog heeft voor mensen, kwaliteit én groei.

Wat houdt de job in?

Als werkbegeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van jouw team. Je zorgt voor structuur op de werkvloer, ondersteunt je medewerkers én beoordeelt mee hun groeipotentieel. Daarnaast werk je in overleg met je collega’s en de coördinator aan een efficiënte, veilige en kwaliteitsvolle werking van de afdeling.

Samen met je collega werkbegeleiders ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• De coaching, het aansturen en begeleiden van de medewerkers

• Opleiding van je medewerkers en effectief meewerken in de productie

• Zorgen dat de productie van goederen van een goede kwaliteit en prijs is

• Het opvolgen van de geldende afspraken, regels, procedures, handleidingen en werkinstructies en je fungeert zelf als voorbeeldfunctie voor de medewerkers

• Regelmatig functionerings- en evaluatiegesprekken houden met je medewerkers

• Je rapporteert aan de coördinator productie

Je bent geboeid door het begeleiden en ontwikkelen van kansengroepen met diverse achtergrond

• Je werkt kwalitatief en resultaatsgericht

• Je eerste ervaringen als leidinggevende heb je achter de rug

• Je bent een echte motivator

• Je bent sterk in plannen en organiseren

• Je communiceert open en vlot, ook bij conflicten

• Je werkt mee rond veiligheid en kwaliteit

• Je beschikt over een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands (spreken, lezen en schrijven)

• Je werkt graag in teamverband
