Deze vacature wordt uitgezet door de gemeente Hengelo. Als uitvoeringsorganisatie voert Hengelo de werkzaamheden op het gebied van Werk en Participatie uit voor de gemeenten Borne, Hengelo en Haaksbergen. In deze functie richt je je specifiek op Oekraïense ontheemden die in Borne wonen. Oekraïense ontheemden naar werk! De tijdelijke bescherming van Oekraïense ontheemden onder de Richtlijn Tijdelijke Bescherming (RTB) verandert of eindigt mogelijk medio maart 2028. Wanneer Oekraïners daarna een reguliere verblijfsstatus krijgen, kunnen zij aanspraak maken op de Participatiewet. Een deel van de groep zou daarmee mogelijk instromen in de bijstand. De gemeente Borne wil dit zoveel mogelijk voorkomen door nu al goed zicht te krijgen op de situatie van de Oekraïense ontheemden en gericht te investeren in participatie en werk. Daarom starten we met deze tijdelijke functie. Wat ga je doen? Je brengt de Oekraïense ontheemden die in Borne wonen goed in beeld: wie werkt er al, welke opleiding en werkervaring hebben zij en wat is nodig om duurzaam aan het werk te gaan? Je begeleidt mensen actief richting werk en zoekt daarbij de verbinding met werkgevers. Je maakt samen met de kandidaat een plan van aanpak, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een goede vastlegging. Daarnaast: - benader je actief werkgevers en creëer je kansen op de arbeidsmarkt; - organiseer je waar passend werkervaringsplaatsen en proefplaatsingen; - werk je samen met het Werkcentrum Twente, werkcoaches van Team Werk en Participatie, arbeidsdeskundigen en mogelijk klantmanagers; - bouw je mee aan een aanpak die nog in ontwikkeling i...
