Bij de Belastingdienst zoeken we nieuwe collega's in Eindhoven!

Als klantenservicemedewerker ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor burgers met vragen over belasting. Je helpt mensen verder die soms vastlopen met vragen over belastingzaken. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan eerlijke belastingheffing en het ondersteunen van mensen met lastige vragen.

• Je helpt dagelijks mensen met hun belastingvragen via de telefoon. • Je volgt een betaalde opleiding van 9 weken om expert te worden in belastingzaken. • Je hebt een boeiende functie waar je jezelf kan ontwikkelen.

Functie-eisen: Als klantcontact medewerker ben jij iemand die graag bezig is en voldoening haalt uit het helpen van anderen. Je luistert aandachtig, stelt de juiste vragen en weet snel tot de kern van een probleem te komen. Je werkt nauwkeurig, blijft rustig onder druk en zorgt ervoor dat elke beller (burger) vriendelijk en professioneel geholpen wordt.

Verder:

• Heb je minimaal een mbo 3 diploma. • Beschik je over digitale vaardigheden en kun je probleemloos schakelen tussen verschillende systemen. • Blijf je kalm onder druk en behoud je het overzicht, zelfs in stressvolle situaties. • Beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed.

Beschikbaarheid

• Tijdens de opleidingsperiode (eerste 9 weken) ben je beschikbaar. • Op maandag of woensdag ben je beschikbaar tussen 16:00 en 20:00 uur. • Beschikbaarheid op vrijdag tussen 13:00 en 17:00 uur. • Op een aanvullende dag naar keuze beschikbaarheid tot mi
