Je combineert werken en leren en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap tot begeleider. Je begeleidt kinderen en jongeren in hun dagelijks leven en sluit aan bij hun behoeften en mogelijkheden. Je ondersteunt bij persoonlijke verzorging en dagelijkse activiteiten. Je leert moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag begrijpen en hier passend mee omgaan. Je werkt samen met collega's, ouders en andere betrokken professionals. Je draagt bij aan een veilige, vertrouwde en fijne omgeving.

Bij Kind & Jeugd Meppel bieden we een werken-en-lerenplek voor iemand die wil ontdekken hoe waardevol én uitdagend het werken met kinderen en jongeren met een verstandelijke beperking is.

De kinderen en jongeren die bij Vanboeijen wonen, hebben te maken met moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag en/of een intensieve verzorgingsvraag. Geen dag is hetzelfde. We zoeken daarom iemand die nieuwsgierig, geduldig en betrokken is en verder kijkt dan gedrag, maar kijkt naar de persoon erachter.
