Bij Beach Hotel is geen dag hetzelfde. Je werkt in de middag of in de avond en kookt iedere dag voor nieuwe gasten! De vakantiegangers die je met regelmaat terugziet in het restaurant vertellen je graag hoe lekker het eten hier is. Hoe leuk is dat? Samen zorgen we ervoor dat onze toeristische gasten, zakelijke gasten of dat leuke groepje die tijdens hun fietstocht een spontane pauze inlassen bij Brasserie de Walvis het helemaal naar hun zin hebben. Door jouw kookkunsten ontbreekt het hen aan niets! Ook hebben jouw collega's een perfecte start van hun werkdag door jouw goede voorbereidingen. Je hebt de mise en place al gedaan en hebt jouw werkplek spic en span achtergelaten. Nu kunnen zij verder aan de slag terwijl jij checkt of er nog wat besteld moet worden. Daarna is het tijd om de pannen tevoorschijn te halen. De eerste gasten hebben namelijk plaatsgenomen!
