Ibiza Tilburg zoekt een zelfstandig werkend kok / sous chef voor vier of vijf dagen per week. Je krijgt veel vrijheid in de keuken en volop ruimte om jouw eigen ideeën in te brengen. Wat ga je doen? Als zelfstandig werkend kok / sous chef draai je zelfstandig mee tijdens de service en werk je zowel aan de warme als koude kant van de keuken. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid en helpt mee om de kwaliteit van de gerechten hoog te houden. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - bereiden van gerechten aan de warme en koude kant; - zelfstandig meedraaien tijdens de service; - werken met verse producten; - meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en menu's; - bestaande gerechten verbeteren; - verschillende kook- en bereidingstechnieken toepassen; - zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde keuken; - samenwerken met het keukenteam.
