Wat ga je doen?

Jij bent de brug tussen de techniek en de klant. Jouw functie is een mooie mix van IT-support en communicatie!

  • Je biedt technische ondersteuning aan gebruikers en helpt hen bij het gebruik van IT-Hardware, software en Microsoft-toepassingen
  • Je installeert, configureert en beheert werkstations, laptops en de bijbehorende software
  • Je richt individuele werkplekken en gedeelde omgevingen in, zoals vergaderzalen met multimedia-apparatuur
  • Je verleent eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsondersteuning en zorgt voor een snelle en klantgerichte afhandeling van vragen en incidenten
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en werkt doeltreffende oplossingen uit die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de gebruikers
  • Je registreert, volgt op en verwerkt incidenten via een helpdesk- en ticketsysteem

  1. Screening van diploma en ervaring
  2. Computertesten bij Werkenvoor.be in Brussel
  3. Interview bij de FOD Mobiliteit en Vervoer in Brussel

  • Een bachelordiploma IT of een bachelordiploma met 1 jaar relevante ervaring in IT, of een diploma secundair met 2 jaar ervaring
  • Kennis van Windows 11 en Microsoft-toepassingen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een oplossingsgerichte instelling
  • Bereidheid om je te verplaatsen door het hele land (dienstwagen beschikbaar)
