Manpower is specialist in de rekrutering van bedienden en arbeiders voor de KMO markt in onze regio. Wij bieden je uitzendwerk aan of vaste jobs voor onmiddellijke indiensttreding. Telkens weer gaan we voluit voor de ‘perfecte match’ tussen werkgever en sollicitant.

Voor een organisatie in Tienen zoeken we een betrokken werkleider. Als werkleider geef je leiding aan een team van medewerkers met een arbeidsbeperking. Je komt terecht in een warme, maar dynamische omgeving waar elke dag anders is.

Jobomschrijving

Wat ga jij doen als allround werkleider?

  • Je begeleidt je team op de werkvloer en werkt actief mee waar nodig
  • Je past je communicatie aan op maat van je team (uitleggen, tonen, visueel maken)
  • Je bewaakt de planning en zorgt dat de juiste persoon op de juiste plek staat
  • Je houdt rekening met de fysieke en mentale draagkracht van je medewerkers

Ben jij de werkleider die wij zoeken?

  • Je hebt minstens een A2-diploma en ervaring in leidinggeven
  • Je bent sociaal, communicatief en weet hoe je structuur brengt
  • Je kan schakelen tussen empathie en duidelijkheid
  • Je werkt in dag posten

Extra pluspunten voor deze vacature als werkleider: Heb je ook ervaring met:

  • Laden/lossen vrachtwagens
  • Werken met laad-/ losplanning
  • Magazijnwerking (stapelen, aanvoer, afvoer, …)
  • Rijden met elektrisch transpallet of heftruck
