Heb jij een hart voor mensen en een passie voor fietsen? Als werkleider in ons maatwerkbedrijf begeleid je een team medewerkers in een van onze fietspunten en -herstelplaatsen. Je verdeelt de taken, ondersteunt hen in het leren van technische vaardigheden en zorgt ervoor dat ze met vertrouwen fietsen herstellen en klanten professioneel helpen. Zo bouw je niet alleen mee aan kwalitatieve fietsherstellingen, maar ook aan groeikansen voor mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt.

Dit mag je van de job verwachten:

  • Je stuurt een groep medewerkers dagdagelijks aan op de werkvloer en werkt zelf ook regelmatig mee. Je verdeelt de taken en maakt een planning naargelang talenten en competenties.
  • Je leert de medewerkers de (technische) competenties aan om fietsen te herstellen en professioneel klanten te ontvangen.
  • Je voert de eindcontrole op de uitgevoerde taken uit. Je registreert en brengt verslag uit over de opdrachten die zijn gebeurd.
  • Je werkt niet alleen in het herstelatelier maar gaat ook met een ploegje medewerkers op verplaatsing bij klanten om herstelopdrachten uit te voeren.
  • Je maakt samen met de projectleider offertes op en onderhoudt het contact met onze klanten.
  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor professionele partners en openbare besturen op operationeel vlak.
  • Je gelooft in de groeikansen van mensen en haalt energie uit het begeleiden van medewerkers die extra ondersteuning nodig hebben op de arbeidsmarkt.
  • Je coacht medewerkers, stelt duidelijke grenzen en pakt conflicten rustig aan.
  • Je kent je weg in fietsonderhoud en deelt je technische kennis graag met anderen.
  • Je denkt klantgericht en zoekt slimme, duurzame oplossingen, met oog voor nieuwe kansen.
  • Je kan vlot werken met courante softwarepakketten om planningen, registraties en administratie op te volgen.

Jouw uitvalsbasis is de fietsherstelplaats van Groep INTRO in Oudenaarde en je verplaatst je regelmatig naar de verschillende locaties in de regio. Je beschikt daarom over een rijbewijs B.
