Ben jij de energieke en enthousiaste organisator die met veel initiatief onze dynamische en ambitieuze organisatie naar nieuwe hoogten kan brengen? Kan je het beste uit de teamleden halen en zich verder laten ontplooien? Sluit je aan bij ons team en maak het verschil!

Als werkleider ben jij de spilfiguur van de afdeling en de winkel. Je:

  • zorgt voor een vlot georganiseerde werking met duidelijke processen en structuur,
  • coördineert de dagelijkse taken en stemt af ifv planning,
  • houdt overzicht, stelt prioriteiten en blijft kalm in drukke of onverwachte situaties,
  • coacht en ondersteunt jouw team op een mensgerichte, constructieve manier,
  • bewaakt de commerciële doelstellingen en zorgt voor een klantgerichte winkelervaring,
  • werkt actief mee op de vloer wanneer nodig, en toont voorbeeldgedrag,
  • legt de lat hoog en tilt daarbij iedereen naar een hoger niveau.

Deze functie vraagt een gezonde dosis flexibiliteit: je schakelt vlot tussen leidinggeven, organiseren en operationeel meewerken.

We zoeken een werkleider die initiatief neemt en zich thuis voelt in een veelzijdige functie. Iemand die het werk ziet en doorzet, ook als het druk wordt.

Je herkent jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende (vb productie, retail,…), of in een coachende rol.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en weet wat nodig is om een winkel of afdeling efficiënt te laten draaien.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk, blijft rustig onder druk en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je kan structuur aanbrengen zonder je te verliezen in details.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met het begeleiden van mensen uit kwetsbare doelgroepen.
  • Je bent betrokken, maar bewaart de professionele afstand wanneer nodig.
  • Je hebt een gezonde commerciële reflex en begrijpt dat klanttevredenheid en verkoopresultaten hand in hand gaan.

Opleiding is minder belangrijk dan ingesteldheid. Heb je een bachelor in een sociale richting, of ervaring als leidinggevende in de retail? Ook dan ben je welkom om te solliciteren. Als je maar goesting hebt om er samen een succes van te maken.
