Als Werkorganisator in de sector Aannemers, binnen Service & Onderhoud, krijg je een afwisselende rol waarin jij de regie voert over meldingen, planning en oplevering. Je werkt in een omgeving waarin jouw aanpak direct zichtbaar is voor bewoners, vaklieden en opdrachtgevers. Jij bewaakt het proces van begin tot eind en zorgt dat iedere melding zorgvuldig wordt opgepakt. Daarbij stem je af met verschillende partijen, houd je de voortgang in de gaten en grijp je in wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt. Met jouw oog voor resultaat en nauwkeurigheid breng je structuur in een werkdag die nooit helemaal voorspelbaar is. - Opnemen en beoordelen van onderhouds- en reparatieverzoeken - Plannen en coördineren van vaklieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, voortgang en kosten - Organiseren van mutatiewerkzaamheden en dagelijks onderhoud - Verzorgen van de administratieve afhandeling van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden Functie-eisen Je bent iemand die helder communiceert, structuur aanbrengt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor het verloop van het werk.
