Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige onderhoudsproces: van de eerste melding tot de oplevering van de woning. Door jouw organisatorische vaardigheden en bouwkundige kennis zorg je ervoor dat werkzaamheden efficiënt worden ingepland en woningen snel weer in goede staat verkeren. Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor één of meerdere woningcorporaties en schakelt dagelijks met bewoners, opdrachtgevers en uitvoerende vakmensen. Bij serviceonderhoud beoordeel je storingsmeldingen, stem je de werkzaamheden af met bewoners en plan je de juiste vakmensen in. Bij spoedgevallen weet je snel te handelen en zorg je ervoor dat problemen direct worden opgelost. Na afloop bewaak je de administratieve afhandeling en facturatie. Daarnaast begeleid je mutatieonderhoud. Je inspecteert woningen, brengt de benodigde werkzaamheden in kaart en stelt offertes op voor de opdrachtgever. Na akkoord zorg je voor een strakke planning, stuur je vakmensen aan en bewaak je de voortgang, zodat de woning op tijd en volgens afspraak kan worden opgeleverd voor de nieuwe huurder. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist de combinatie van techniek, planning, bewonerscontact en organisatie maakt deze functie afwisselend en uitdagend. Jij houdt overzicht, schakelt snel tussen verschillende situaties en zorgt ervoor dat bewoners, opdrachtgevers en collega's op je kunnen rekenen.
