Deze landelijke aannemer gericht op renovatie en onderhoud is wegens uitbreiding van projecten op zoek naar een werkorganisator. In deze functie ga jij zelf op pad om werkzaamheden op te nemen. De projecten zijn voornamelijk gericht op dagelijks- en mutatieonderhoud. Tijdens opname verzamel jij alle informatie die jij nodig hebt. Met deze informatie ga jij terug naar kantoor waar jij hoeveel gaat uittrekken en offertes gaat opvragen bij leveranciers. Deze offertes ga jij vergelijken op basis van prijs-kwaliteit verhouding en neem jij de beslissing met wie je gaat samenwerken. Jij maakt de calculatie en verzorgt de planning. De juiste mensen zet jij op de juiste plek en deze weet jij op een positieve manier aan te sturen. Tijdens uitvoering bewaak jij budget en planning en coördineer jij het meer- en minder werk. In deze functie komen jouw communicatieve vaardigheden van pas in het contact wat je hebt met leveranciers, medewerkers, opdrachtgevers en directie. Daarnaast pas jij jouw organisatorisch vermogen toe door alle ballen tegelijk in de lucht te houden. Je kan snel schakelen en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen. Uiteraard breng jij de nodige bouwkundige kennis met je mee waardoor projecten met een uitstekend resultaat worden afgerond. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Afgeronde opleiding bouwkunde; - Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring in een soortgelijke functie; - Affiniteit met renovatie en onderhoud; - Woonachtig in de omgeving Zaandam; - In het bezit van rijbewijs B.
