Word dan Werkorganisator Beheer & Onderhoud en bouw mee met JP! Over de functie Als werkvoorbereider ligt jouw focus op planning, budgetbewaking, kwaliteit en veiligheid. Je bewaakt de grenzen duidelijk, ook naar de opdrachtgever, maar daarbij verlies je de klantwens nooit uit het oog. Je zorgt ervoor dat de afgesloten onderhoudscontracten op de juiste manier uitgevoerd worden. Daarbij zijn goede samenwerking en onderlinge communicatie jouw stokpaardjes. In deze functie sta je onder andere voor: · Communicatie, je bent in staat om op verschillende niveaus te communiceren en zaken uit te leggen, zowel technisch inhoudelijk als in Jip & Janneke taal; · Rust en stabiliteit, service en onderhoud is dynamisch. Binnen de afdeling ben je een rustpunt en met jouw ervaring kun je collega's en onderaannemers de goede richting in helpen; · Drive, je bent in staat mensen in beweging te krijgen met een positieve insteek. Daarnaast heb je de visie en mentaliteit om met jouw team continue te bekijken hoe we het beter kunnen doen.
