Dan is deze functie perfect voor jou! Als Werkorganisator ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Denk hierbij aan het beheer van appartementen en woningen door een woningcorporatie, waarbij zowel dagelijks onderhoud (zoals een lekkende kraan) als grootschaliger werk (zoals renovaties van keukens, badkamers en toiletten) aan bod komen. Je hebt de leiding over het grootschalige onderhoud, waarbij je het hele proces van A tot Z coördineert. Dit omvat onder andere het bezoeken van locaties, het opstellen van offertes, het maken en beheren van planningen, en het aansturen van vakmensen. Naast grootschalig onderhoud ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor dagelijks en/of mutatieonderhoud, waarbij je meerdere taken per dag afhandelt, zoals telefonisch contact, organisatie, planning en coördinatie met collega's. Deze functie biedt een breed scala aan taken en elke dag is anders. Als je graag schakelt tussen verschillende taken, goed kunt communiceren, houdt van afwisseling en affiniteit hebt met techniek, dan is dit de perfecte functie voor jou.
