In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van uiteenlopende onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan woningen en gebouwen. Je schakelt dagelijks tussen opdrachtgevers, bewoners, vakmensen en leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat afspraken worden nagekomen. Van de eerste melding tot de uitvoering: jij houdt de regie. Wat ga je doen? - Je neemt onderhouds- en reparatieverzoeken in behandeling; - Je beoordeelt de benodigde werkzaamheden en denkt mee over een passende aanpak; - Je maakt afspraken met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken partijen; - Je plant de werkzaamheden en zorgt dat de juiste vakmensen en materialen beschikbaar zijn; - Je onderhoudt contact met timmerlieden, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en gemaakte afspraken; - Je signaleert knelpunten en schakelt snel wanneer de planning moet worden aangepast; - Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de werkzaamheden.
