Als werkorganisator ben jij dé verbindende factor tussen bewoners, vakmensen en opdrachtgevers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van zowel service- als mutatieonderhoud. Bij serviceonderhoud behandel je meldingen van bewoners, zoals een lekkende kraan of een kapotte deur. Je neemt contact op, beoordeelt de urgentie en zorgt dat de juiste vakman via een digitaal systeem wordt ingeschakeld. Soms ga je zelf ter plaatse om de situatie te beoordelen. Na afronding van de klus handel je de administratie af, zoals facturatie. Bij mutatieonderhoud zorg je dat woningen snel weer verhuurklaar zijn. Samen met een opzichter bepaal je welke werkzaamheden nodig zijn. Je stelt offertes op, regelt goedkeuring bij de opdrachtgever en plant de uitvoering in. Je bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt voor een zorgvuldige oplevering.
