Zoek jij een rol waarin je niet alleen de lijnen uitzet, maar ook met je voeten in de klei staat? Voor een dynamische en groeiende onderhoudsorganisatie zoeken wij een Projectcoördinator die verantwoordelijk wordt voor de volledige workflow van service- en mutatiewerkzaamheden. In deze veelzijdige functie ben jij de 'eigenaar' van je eigen klussen. Je krijgt de vrijheid om projecten van A tot Z te managen: van het eerste bezoek bij de bewoner tot de uiteindelijke financiële afhandeling. Je beoordeelt de technische staat van woningen, maakt scherpe calculaties en zorgt dat de juiste vakmensen op het juiste moment klaarstaan. Omdat je bij een vestiging in opbouw aan de slag gaat, ben je meer dan alleen een uitvoerder; je bent een meedenker die processen optimaliseert en helpt de organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Jij bent het gezicht naar de opdrachtgever en de steunpilaar voor de mannen buiten. Een greep uit jouw takenpakket: - Technisch opnemen van werkzaamheden in de woning en dit vertalen naar een sluitend plan; - Calculeren, offreren en vervolgens bewaken van de projectbudgetten; - Optimaal inplannen van eigen personeel en gespecialiseerde onderaannemers; - Controleren van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden op kwaliteit, techniek en veiligheid; - Onderhouden van nauw contact met woningbouwverenigingen en zakelijke beheerders; - Actief participeren in het verbeteren van de interne werkstructuur en efficiëntie.
