The posting

Onze klant is een vaste waarde in de Antwerpse haven en specialist in het onderhoud en de herstelling van chassis, trailers, containers en laadkleppen. Het bedrijf biedt zowel werkplaatsservice als 24/7 interventies op locatie. Om de werking van de werkplaatsen in Antwerpen te optimaliseren zoeken we 2 werkplaats coördinatoren die een technische achtergrond hebben én ervaring met werkprocessen binnen een werkplaats.

  • Als Werkplaats Coördinator zal je een 10 – 15 techniekers aansturen, ondersteunen, motiveren en coachen.
  • Jij bent de centrale kracht binnen onze technische dienst die ook voor een positief en professionele sfeer zorgt.
  • Je organiseert, coördineert en superviseert alle activiteiten rond onderhoud, diagnose en herstellingen van vrachtwagens.
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit van het werk, de veiligheid op de werkvloer en de productiviteit van de volledige werkplaats.
  • Toezien op de correcte uitvoering van alle werkzaamheden.
  • De opvolging van interventies bewaken: diagnoses stellen, reparaties controleren, testen uitvoeren en eindcontroles doen.
  • Garanderen dat alle herstellingen tijdig en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen worden afgerond.
  • Het beheer van inkomende voertuigen doorheen de dag en het bepalen van de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Bestellingen van onderdelen beheren en tijdig opvolgen.
  • Toezien op een correcte en volledig aangevulde voorraad reserveonderdelen.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte administratieve verwerking en registratie van de werkzaamheden.
  • Graduaat of Bachelor diploma in technische of logistieke richting is een must (autotechnologie, electromechanica, transport & logistiek,…)
  • Bewezen ervaring in het beheer van een vrachtwagenwerkplaats.
  • Technische ervaring van vrachtwagenmechanica, onderhoud en herstellen van vrachtwagens, opleggers en trailers.
  • Kennis van de Nederlandse taal is noodzaak, je bent ook voldoende mondig en assertief om je uit te drukken in het Frans en/of Engels.
  • Sterke servicegerichtheid, nauwkeurigheid, autonomie en teamgeest.
  • Gebruik van computerhulpmiddelen, planningspools en werkplaatsadministratie
  • Inzicht in veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Leiderschap, organisatievermogen en het vermogen een team te verenigen.
  • Prioriteiten kunnen stellen en beslissingen nemen.
  • Stressbestendigheid.
  • Sterke klantgerichtheid en duidelijke communicatie.
