Werkplaatsreceptionist bij Van Duinkerken Over de functie Jij bent de belangrijke schakel tussen onze klanten en de monteurs in de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten zich welkom en goed geholpen voelen én dat de werkzaamheden in de werkplaats goed worden voorbereid en afgestemd. Wat ga je doen Als werkplaatsreceptionist ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om onderhoud, reparaties en service aan hun caravan. Je luistert naar de klant, bespreekt de werkzaamheden en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke opdrachten voor onze monteurs. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Ontvangen en adviseren van klanten; - Inplannen van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; - Aannemen en voorbereiden van werkplaatsopdrachten; - Afstemmen van werkzaamheden met de chef monteur; - Klanten informeren over de voortgang en eventuele aanvullende werkzaamheden; - Maken en bespreken van offertes; - Verzorgen van een goede administratieve afhandeling. Wie ben jij We zoeken vooral iemand die goed met mensen kan omgaan en interesse heeft in techniek. Je hoeft niet alles van caravans te weten: enthousiasme en de wil om te leren vinden we minstens zo belangrijk. Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en vindt het leuk om meerdere zaken tegelijk te organiseren. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bijvoorbeeld binnen de caravan-, camper- of automotivebranche, is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
