Het bedrijf waar jij komt te werken is van oorsprong een familiebedrijf met een grote ambitie in de diervoederindustrie. Als Werkplaatschef geef jij direct leiding aan het productiepersoneel en rapporteer jij weer aan de Operationeel Manager. In deze functie ben je als Werkplaatschef/Meewerkend Voorman verantwoordelijk voor de projecten en service opdrachten die door de productiemedewerkers worden gerealiseerd.

Met jouw technische kennis en oog voor kwaliteit zorg je ervoor dat het werk goed en op tijd gedaan wordt. Je houdt het overzicht, ziet problemen op tijd en helpt mee als dat nodig is. Dankzij jouw inzet werkt het team goed samen en worden de Projecten en onderdelen netjes en zorgvuldig gebouwd.

Wat ga jij doen als Werkplaatschef?

- Je coördineert en organiseert de dagelijkse montagewerkzaamheden in de werkplaats.

- Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie met andere afdelingen.

- Je zorgt voor een optimale planning en taakverdeling binnen het team.

- Je bewaakt de voortgang én de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden..

- Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in processen, materialen of werkmethodes en draagt actief bij aan innovatie.

- En bovenal: je bouwt samen met jouw team aan duurzame oplossingen voor de toekomst.

- Werkt klantgericht en stelt hoge eisen aan eigen werk - Een coachende leiderschapsstijl door zowel goed te luisteren en te kunnen toepassen - Technische opleiding afgerond richting LTS-/MTS Werktuigbouwkunde - Laservaring en hierbij lascertificaten - Tekeningen kunnen vertalen en uitleggen naar het team
