Wil jij een sleutelrol opnemen binnen een technische werkplaats waar planning, organisatie en techniek dagelijks samenkomen? Zoek je een functie waarin je zowel operationeel als technisch impact maakt op een groot en modern wagenpark? Dan is deze uitdaging als technisch coördinator werkplaats zeker iets voor jou!

Onze klant is een gevestigde speler binnen transport en logistiek met een uitgebreid en modern wagenpark bestaande uit trekkers, tankwagens, opleggers en tankcontainers. Achter de schermen draait alles rond betrouwbaarheid, veiligheid en perfect onderhouden materiaal, ondersteund door een sterk georganiseerde technische dienst

Binnen deze onderneming kom je terecht in een familiale en dynamische werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Als technisch coördinator werkplaats vorm je de schakel tussen techniekers, chauffeurs en werkplaatsleiding en zorg je ervoor dat onderhoud en herstellingen efficiënt en kwalitatief verlopen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van de korte termijnplanning van onderhouds- en herstellingswerken binnen de werkplaats
  • Daarnaast bepaal je de juiste prioriteiten tussen geplande werkzaamheden en dringende technische interventies
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor chauffeurs en techniekers bij technische vragen en dagelijkse problemen
  • Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles en finale checks op uitgevoerde werken en technische registraties
  • Technische voorbereiding van schadedossiers inclusief analyse, kostenraming en opvolging van herstellingen
  • Correct beheren en actualiseren van de technische database van het volledige wagenpark
  • Plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen en mee instaan voor magazijn- en stockbeheer
  • Actief meewerken binnen de werkplaats en ondersteunen waar nodig bij technische interventies
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding binnen automechanica, elektromechanica of een gelijkaardige technische werkervaring (+/- 2 jaar)
  • Daarnaast heb je ervaring binnen een technische dienst, garage of werkplaatsomgeving
  • Verder beschik je over sterke kennis van mechanica, planning, technische diagnoses en administratieve opvolging
  • Tot slot spreek je vlot Nederlands omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften en kan je goed overweg met verschillende IT-toepassingen omwille van communicatie en registratie
