EuroRope is een groeiend technisch bedrijf dat actief is binnen de Marine, Onshore & Offshore sector. In de werkplaats werk je met onder andere staalkabels, hijsmiddelen en verschillende soorten technisch apparaten. Het mooie aan deze functie? Je hebt een variatie aan taken en krijgt de kans om veel te leren. Er hangt een open en relaxte sfeer, collega's helpen elkaar en er is volop ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen en door te groeien binnen het bedrijf. Wat ga je doen? Als Werkplaatsmedewerker ondersteun je bij verschillende werkzaamheden in de werkplaats. Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Controleren en klaarmaken van materialen - Monteren, demonteren en aanpassen van hijsmiddelen - Werken met staalkabels en technisch materiaal - Assisteren bij keuringen, testen en trekproeven - Laden en lossen van materialen - Ondersteunen van collega's bij diverse technische werkzaamheden Naarmate je meer leert en ervaring opdoet, krijg je steeds meer zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Wat vragen we? Voor deze functie vinden we motivatie en werkmentaliteit belangrijker dan ervaring. - Je bent een aanpakker en steekt graag je handen uit de mouwen - Je vindt het leuk om met je handen en technische materialen te werken - Je bent gemotiveerd om nieuwe dingen te leren - Je werkt nauwkeurig en veilig - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in een team werken Technische ervaring, een technische opleiding, VCA- of heftruckcertificaat zijn mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen vereiste. Het belangrijkste is dat je graag wilt werken en jezelf wilt ontwikkelen.
