Alles gebeurt in eigen werkplaats: van ruwe plank tot compleet eindproduct. We werken met een vast team dat gewend is om samen te bouwen aan seriematig werk én maatwerk. De ene dag draaien we grote aantallen voor nieuwbouwprojecten, de andere dag werken we aan specifieke onderdelen voor renovatie. In de fabriek draait alles om tempo, precisie en goed samenwerken. De Baan Als Werkplaatsmedewerker heb je veel verschillende werkzaamheden in de productie van kozijnen en deuren. Je helpt bij de voormontage, het opsluiten en afmonteren van kozijnen en ondersteunt bij verschillende bewerkingen in de werkplaats. Daarnaast kun je ook ingezet worden als machinaal houtbewerker of bij CNC-werkzaamheden. Het is een veelzijdige functie waarin je stap voor stap het vak leert. Je krijgt de ruimte om te groeien en wordt begeleid door een gedreven team. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het netjes en compleet afronden van alle producten voordat ze de werkplaats verlaten. Functie Eisen - Je bent 'houterig' je werkt graag met hout! - Je kan al met diverse houtbewerkingsmachines en gereedschappen werken of staat ervoor open dit te leren; Zoals zagen, frezen, schaven en boren. - We moeten wel matchen, we zijn op zoek naar een gezellige, hardwerkende, sociale collega met een gezonde dosis humor. - Je kunt bij ons op de zaak komen met de fiets, auto of vliegtuig.
