Uren: 32-36u per week Jouw impact Bij Kersten Hulpmiddelen draait het om mensen. Als Werkplaatsmonteur Hulpmiddelen zorg jij ervoor dat hulpmiddelen veilig, betrouwbaar en gebruiksklaar zijn. Daarmee lever je een directe bijdrage aan de zorg en het dagelijks functioneren van cliënten. Met jouw technische vakmanschap maak jij iedere dag verschil. Wat ga je doen? In deze rol werk je aan maatwerkhulpmiddelen en combineer je techniek met kwaliteit en precisie. - Je stelt verschillende typen hulpmiddelen samen, zoals rolstoelen en aangepaste fietsen - Je voert onderhouds‑, reparatie‑ en aanpassingswerkzaamheden uit (mechanisch en elektrisch) - Je monteert nieuwe onderdelen en systemen - Je diagnosticeert storingen en technische problemen - Je (de)monteert complexere hulpmiddelen en onderdelen - Je denkt mee over verbeteringen in werkprocessen - Je zorgt voor een veilige, nette en overzichtelijke werkplek Wat breng jij mee? - Technische affiniteit en ervaring met sleutelen (bijvoorbeeld aan brommers, motoren of scooters), óf ervaring in een niet‑seriematige productieomgeving - Kennis van zowel mechanische als elektronische assemblage‑ en onderhoudswerkzaamheden - Je werkt zelfstandig, zorgvuldig en resultaatgericht - Je kunt de ernst van problemen goed inschatten en handelt voortvarend - Je herkent fouten in je eigen werk en herstelt deze - Je vraagt actief om feedback en streeft continu naar kwaliteitsverbetering - Je voelt je medeverantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit van producten en diensten Werken bij Kersten Bij Kersten vinden we het belangrijk dat iedereen mee kan doen .
