Voor onze klant regio Kortemark, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren leidinggevende technische medewerker voor de werkplaats naverkoop & carrosserie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, planning en aansturing van meerdere technische teams. Je bewaakt kwaliteit, timing, kostprijs en klanttevredenheid en fungeert als spilfiguur tussen verkoop, techniek, klanten en externe partijen.

Hoe?

  • Aansturen van drie operationele teams: Team Opzet Naverkoop, Team Carrosserie en Team Schilderij & Spuiterij.
  • Planning opstellen, deadlines bewaken en werken verdelen op basis van competenties en workload.
  • Coördineren van complexe dossiers waarbij meerdere technische ingrepen nodig zijn.
  • Rechtstreeks contact onderhouden met klanten-kopers en verzorgen van de aflevering en technische uitleg.
  • Beheren van het eigen wagenpark (±75 voertuigen) en opvolgen van onderhoud, keuringen en banden.
  • Onderdelen bestellen en samenwerken met magazijn en aankoop.
  • Actief meewerken in het team als technisch aanspreekpunt.
  • Sterke technische en mechanische kennis, bij voorkeur in vrachtwagenmechaniek.
  • Leidinggevende ervaring en weten hoe teams te motiveren en structureren.
  • People-minded met hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Helder, professioneel en klantgericht communiceren.
  • Stressbestendig, flexibel en oplossingsgericht.
  • Vlot communiceren in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Bereid te werken in dagwerk (8u-12u en 13u-16u48).
