Onze klant is veel meer dan alleen een garage. Of het nu gaat om particulier of bedrijfsleven, ze zoeken altijd naar de beste totaaloplossing voor onze klanten. Dit blijkt niet alleen uit de verschillende soorten voertuigen die ze aanbieden, van stockwagens tot leasewagens en nieuwe trucks, maar ook uit hun moderne showrooms en kantoren. Deze ambitie wordt ook versterkt door ons uitgebreide netwerk van locaties in België en Frankrijk, waar onze vakmensen dagelijks klaarstaan om de verwachtingen van onze klanten te overtreffen.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het aansteken en begeleiden van een zeer ervaren team.
  • Dagelijks overleg je met de senior service raadgever en parts advisor en coördineer je de werkplaatsactiviteiten.
  • Je draagt bij aan het verhogen van de kwaliteitsstandaarden van het filiaal en denkt actief mee over verbeteringsprocessen.
  • Binnen jouw functie rapporteer je aan de Service & Parts Manager.
  • Ervaring in het managen van een afdeling, bij voorkeur met affiniteit voor bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Minimaal een technisch diploma in relevante richting.
  • Een leider die vertrouwen opbouwt, het team motiveert en klantrelaties onderhoudt met focus op productiviteit en kwaliteit.
