Wat houdt de job in?

  • Staat aan het roer van een ervaren en goed op elkaar ingespeeld team, dat je met enthousiasme motiveert en begeleidt
  • Vormt de schakel tussen werkvloer en management, met dagelijks overleg met de senior service raadgever en parts advisor
  • Waakt over een vlotte planning en efficiënte coördinatie van alle werkplaatsactiviteiten
  • Draagt actief bij aan het verhogen van de kwaliteitsstandaarden binnen het filiaal
  • Ziet kansen om processen slimmer en klantgerichter te maken, en denkt mee over verbeteringen die écht impact hebben
  • Rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Service & Parts Manager, met wie je nauw samenwerkt om de werking continu te versterken
  • Ervaring in het managen van een afdeling, bij voorkeur met affiniteit voor bedrijfsvoertuigen.
  • Minimaal een technisch diploma in relevante richting.
  • Een leider die vertrouwen opbouwt, het team motiveert en klantrelaties onderhoudt met focus op productiviteit en kwaliteit.
