Voor onze klant, dé topspeler binnen Automotive in regio Waregem, zijn we op zoek naar een Werkplaatsverantwoordelijke voor de afdeling trucks en bestelwagens:

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over de afdeling Vans & Trucks Waregem, met uitzondering van direct sales
  • Je coördineert de mechanische werkplaats, met hulp van de brigadier
  • Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor alle aftersales dossiers, met hulp van de service advisors
  • Je staat in voor de goede organisatie van de site
  • Je zorgt voor rapportering en budgettering
  • Je bent account manager voor onze klanten
  • Je rapporteert regelmatig aan onze Service & Parts Manager

Profiel

  • Je hebt diepgaande technische automotive kennis
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in service, parts, mechanica en zwaar vervoer
  • Je bent klantgericht, gestructureerd en punctueel
  • Je bent administratief en cijfermatig goed onderlegd
  • Je denkt en werk op bachelorniveau
  • Je bent een leiderstype die verbindend communiceert (N/F), vertrouwen centraal stelt en het beste uit zijn team haal
  • Je bent gericht op productiviteit, rentabiliteit en kwaliteit
  • Je realiseert je filiaaldoelstellingen door je dagelijkse inzet en veerkracht
